Franci is a tall, black ex-pro-athlete businesswoman. Phew, that’s a lot of caps to wear and yet she does it flawlessly. Determined to have clothes that actually fit her frame, Franci created the Sixes for tall women everywhere.

Coco And Breezy | Founders Corianna + Brianna Dotson
The eyewear company was founded by a pair of twin designers in 2009. Corianna and Brianna (we know, how cute) were an instant hit in the fashion industry before deciding to take their own show on the road. Incredibly unique and fun, each pair of glasses will be personal to you. Don’t overlook their virtual showroom, or their mentions in publications like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

Nomads Swimwear | Founder Taylor Long
Founder Taylor wanted to use her BS in Fashion Design for good, hence a haven of swimwear for all body types. Each suit has a one-of-a-kind print and unique design, that will look just as good on you as you will feel in it. Sizes range from XS-5X, so all you have to do is pick a color you like.

Spoken Flames | Founder Shavaun Christian
Enjoy the soft crackle of fire, spoken word and the flickering wicks. Shavaun was obsessed with candles and the relaxing aromatherapy they provided. She decided candles could be more than just wax and a wick, and so she made candles better. Enter the inclusion of spoken word type mantras to get you in a powerful state of mind while cat-curling around a deliciously scented candle.

Bread Beauty Company | Founder Maeva Heim
Hair care is central to Black culture and Bread Beauty just does it better. Named because it carries all the essentials (and what’s more essential than CARBS!?). Maeva wants you to personalize your curls, to look cute with even cuter products.
